The Tōyōshi-Danwa-Kai is an academic association with its objective of Asian history study that has the administrative office in Department of Asian History. It is operated mainly by the graduate students of Hokkaido University. Since 1963, it regularly holds seminars called ‘Tōyōshi-Danwa-Kai’.
